These Korea Style meatballs are a crowd please for adults and kids alike. You can Spice them up as much as you want but we tend to keep them mild for the children and lets be honest… mild for me as well!

Korean Style Meatball ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

  • 1/4 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs

  • 2 tsp Sesame oil

  • 1.5 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder:

  • 1 Tbs Hoison

  • 2 Tbs Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar

  • 4 tsp Brown Sugar

How to made Korean Style Meatballs

  1. Mix together ground beef and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Scoop between 20-25 bite size meatballs

  3. Place meatballs on a baking tray and bake @425 degrees for 10 minutes.

  4. Enjoy!
