Our Families top 3 most made recipes
1. Korean Beef Bowls
We make this recipe about once a week because it is so easy and only takes about 15 minutes to make! Prep all the ingredients ahead of time in prep bowls or a pyrex measuring cup for quicker cook times. Once the beef is cooked it goes really quickly. I would also recommend soaking up most of the oil from the cooked beef but not all of it because the oil adds a layer of flavor. If you want to make the sauce thicker you can add some corn starch before mixing it in with the beef.
Serve with rice.
I'm not much of a leftover person but you should make extra cause this makes really good lunch leftovers!
This is the best ground beef tool and should be a staple in your house if you love cooking!
If you like things that are Sweet and Spicy, this is a killer recipe. We learned about this recipe from some friends back in 2017 and it has been a staple for us ever since. The combination of the sweet and spicy sauce along with the ranch dressing and lettuce really hits the spot.
You can't use just any hot sauce in this recipe it won't turn out the same. It has to be the Franks Hot Sauce. Franks is the superior hot sauce anyway!
You can also serve this with rice instead of lettuce. It's way less healthy that way but so delicious. You could also just service rice on the side if you need extra calories in your meal 😜
3. Cafe Rio Sweet Pork Copycat
This is the best sweet pork recipe out there, hands down! I prefer it to ever cafe rio or costa vida. This recipe is another one of our staples because it feeds a lot of people and is super easy.
Crockpot meals aren't always winners but this one is. For best pull apart results I would recommend that you let this cook on low for at least 8 hours. You don't need to worry about drying out the pork because there are plenty of liquids to help keep the meat moist. Follow the same suggestion given in the recipe and cook for 30 more min after adding the sauces from the last step.
To level up your sweet pork game add the following to serve along side it:
Cilantro lime rice, lime wedges, tortillas, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro lime ranch, grilled corn cut from the cob, guacamole, green salsa, sour cream.
